About the role
The Technical Support Engineer (Integrations) will be responsible for providing technical support to customers on integrations and ensuring smooth product usage.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex integration issues
- Document and maintain knowledge base articles related to integrations
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing customers on integration best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Experience with integration technologies such as API, middleware, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Knowledge of customer relationship management tools
- Experience with project management tools

Pay
- $85,000 - $95,000 annually
