About the role

The Technical Support Engineer (Integrations) will be responsible for providing technical support to customers on integrations and ensuring smooth product usage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex integration issues
  • Document and maintain knowledge base articles related to integrations
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing customers on integration best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Experience with integration technologies such as API, middleware, and cloud services
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management tools
  • Experience with project management tools

Pay

  • $85,000 - $95,000 annually

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
