About the role
The Technical Support Engineer (Integrations) will be responsible for providing technical support to customers using integrations with our product. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and customer success to resolve complex integration issues
- Document and maintain knowledge base articles related to integrations
- Contribute to the development of best practices and processes for integration support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Experience with software integrations and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of common programming languages and tools (e.g., Python, Java)
- Experience with cloud-based services and platforms
