About the role

The Technical Support Engineer (Integrations) will be responsible for providing technical support to customers using integrations with our product. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and customer success to resolve complex integration issues
  • Document and maintain knowledge base articles related to integrations
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and processes for integration support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Experience with software integrations and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of common programming languages and tools (e.g., Python, Java)
  • Experience with cloud-based services and platforms
