About the role

Supports technical issues for clients through phone, email, and remote access. Works closely with cross-functional teams including product development, customer success, and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access
  • Document and track client issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with product development to understand and resolve complex technical issues
  • Work with customer success and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Experience with common IT troubleshooting tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of relevant software and hardware platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
