Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Document and track client issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with product development to understand and resolve complex technical issues
- Work with customer success and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience with common IT troubleshooting tools and techniques
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
