Technical Support Engineer
The role
The Associate Technical Support Engineer (TSE) is a frontline support engineer who provides technical assistance to our customers' technical support and IT staff who support our suite of contact center software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to customers' technical support and IT staff
- Resolve complex issues related to our suite of contact center software solutions
- Utilize deep technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills
Requirements
- Strong technical background in software engineering or a related field
- Experience with contact center software solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical support or a similar role
Skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in using various technical tools and software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
