Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant software and hardware platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of common networking protocols and technologies.
