Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or related field.
- Strong knowledge of relevant software and hardware platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications

- Experience with ticketing systems and CRM tools.
