Key Responsibilities Customer and Colleague Support: Offer technical assistance and resolve issues for both customers and internal team members.Information Provision: Deliver clear and accurate product and service information to users.Ticket Management: Create and manage support tickets and document all customer interactions using a CRM system.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.Feedback Collection: Gather and relay feedback regarding product issues and customer experiences to relevant product teams for continuous improvement.
