Technical Support Analyst Sr
Provides support to customers and users for highly technical or sophisticated products by responding to inquiries via telephone, email, or chat. Resolves concerns related to installation, operation, maintenance, or product application and compatibility. Strong interpersonal skills and deep technical product knowledge are essential for daily customer interactions. Troubleshoots issues with electrical, mechanical, software, and wireless vehicle systems and recommends corrective actions. Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to improve product quality and development.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer product inquiries via phone, email, or chat sessions.
- Resolve customer concerns related to installation, operation, maintenance, or product application and compatibility.
- Troubleshoot problems with malfunctioning electrical, mechanical, software, and wireless vehicle systems.
- Recommend corrective actions for technical issues.
- Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of field service engineering, automotive service, or truck service experience, OR
- Master's degree with no experience, OR
- At least 3 years of field service engineering, automotive service, or truck service experience.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on an unrestricted basis (U.S. Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee).
- No employment-related work sponsorship (e.g., H-1B status) will be provided for this position.
