About the role

Supports the technical operations team by providing high-quality customer support services. Works closely with other departments to ensure efficient and effective problem resolution. Manages customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely, accurate solutions.
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues using service management software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Train new team members on support procedures and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of common IT troubleshooting techniques and tools.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms.
