Technical Sourcing Recruiter III (EVERGREEN)

About the role

This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations. This role is part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting Blue Origin's Space Vehicles division.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines;
  • Create and execute robust search strategies, calibrate candidates with hiring managers;
  • Engage, sustain relationships, screen and interview;
  • Partner with hiring managers, business unit leaders and other members of Team Blue by leading and participating in scoping discussions, weekly tag ups and candidate debriefs;
  • Prepare/contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings on active searches;
  • Dive deep with an inquisitive mindset into the technical requirements of the requisitions and business units you will be supporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent of experience in recruiting;
  • 5+ years of Technical Recruiting experience to include Engineering, Manufacturing, or IT positions;
  • Strong professional communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and advise business leaders;
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads using a variety of platforms and sourcing methods.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Manufacturing, Space, Aerospace and Defense, Oil & Gas, Nuclear Power, Technology, Aviation industries;
  • Proficiency with Workday;
  • Exempt and non exempt position recruiting experience;
  • Combination of agency and corporate environment recruiting experience;
  • High volume recruiting experience;
  • Startup experience.
