Technical Sourcer Recruiter

Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to support recruiting efforts across several hard-to-fill professional openings. This individual will focus heavily on identifying and engaging top talent for Information Technology (IT) and high-level Tax positions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Source and identify qualified candidates for IT and Tax-related positions
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing tools to build talent pipelines
• Conduct candidate outreach and initial engagement activities
• Build and maintain target candidate pools for current and future openings
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years of sourcing experience within IT, technical and accounting background
• Experience sourcing technical and/or professional-level talent
• Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience supporting IT, Tax, Finance, Accounting, or other professional roles is preferred

About the Role

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
