Contract Technical Recruiter / Sourcer

3-month contract role, approximately 30 hours per week.

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter/Sourcer to help us move quickly on an aggressive hiring plan. Over the next three months, we expect to hire approximately 25 people, primarily across Software Engineering, Product, and Quality Assurance. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to find great technical talent, build pipelines quickly, and keep multiple searches moving at the same time. There is the possibility of extension or future permanent employment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates for Software, Product, and QA roles
• Build targeted searches using LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and adjust searches quickly
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple open positions
• Track sourcing activity, response rates, pipeline health, and hiring progress

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally in technology
• Demonstrated success sourcing software engineers and other technical talent
• Experience managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills
• Organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to move quickly without sacrificing candidate quality

Pay

$40 per hour
