Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and check references for potential candidates.
- Extend offers of employment and conduct orientation for new hires.
- Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
- Utilize experience and judgment to plan and achieve recruitment goals.
- Perform a variety of recruitment-related tasks.
- May lead and direct the work of other recruiting staff.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a related area may be required.
- This position requires 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
Skills
- Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is necessary.
