Technical Sourcer

Accountabilities

• Identify qualified technology candidates
• Support recruitment efforts through proactive sourcing and relationship building
• Work closely with recruiters to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
• Create and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality technical talent
• Use LinkedIn and advanced sourcing methods to find and engage potential candidates
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Create engaging job descriptions, outreach messages, emails, and candidate communications
• Manage candidate information through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Track recruitment activities and prepare regular performance and sourcing reports

Requirements

• Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment support
• Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role
• Experience using different sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Intermediate German language skills, both written and spoken, are preferred
• Proactive, results-oriented, and motivated personality
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a remote setting
