Talent Sourcing
Proactively source and engage passive technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, networking, referrals, industry organizations, and other sourcing tools.
Build and maintain talent pipelines across engineering, architecture, planning, environmental, surveying, geospatial, and construction management disciplines.
Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies for difficult to fill positions and provide qualified candidate leads to recruiters.
Conduct outreach and screen prospective candidates to assess qualifications, interest, and alignment with Wilson & Company opportunities.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and support recruiting strategies.
Share labor market insights, talent availability, and sourcing trends to help optimize recruiting efforts.
Recruiting Operations
Manage a small portfolio of requisitions, including job postings, candidate communications, dispositioning, and offer preparation within Workday.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within Workday and other trackers.
Support continuous improvement of sourcing strategies, recruiting processes, and talent market research.
Assist recruiters in maintaining an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
