Responsibilities
- Own the sourcing process for AI, platform engineering, data science, and product roles — from intake through pipeline generation and initial screening of candidates
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies for highly specialized AI/ML and platform engineering positions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates in the AI/ML, multi-agent systems, LLM, and cloud-native platform engineering space
- Leverage innovative sourcing techniques including AI-assisted tools, Boolean search, GitHub/open-source communities, academic networks, and industry events
- Help manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring a process that reflects our BRAVER values (Bold, Rigorous, Adaptable, Valued, Earnest, Relentless)
- Work with Jack AI and Larissa AI (our People & Culture AI Co-Workers) to streamline initial candidate conversations and screening
- Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health) and use data to continuously improve hiring outcomes
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives that position Future Secure AI as a destination for world-class AI and platform talent
- Stay current on AI/ML talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence
Minimum qualifications
- 3–5 years of technical sourcing experience, with a demonstrated track record hiring Software engineers, AI/ML engineers, Data Scientists, or Platform/Infrastructure engineers
- Strong understanding of the AI/ML technology landscape including LLMs, multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, and cloud-native platforms
- Experience recruiting for startups or high-growth technology companies, ideally in enterprise AI or SaaS
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (experience with Greenhouse is a plus) and modern sourcing tools
- Ability to assess technical depth in candidates and have credible conversations about AI/platform engineering topics
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — comfortable partnering with senior engineering leaders and co-founders
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into actionable insights
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with AI-assisted recruiting tools and workflows
- Prior experience recruiting for roles involving multi-agent systems, LLM integration, or enterprise AI platforms
- Exposure to or interest in cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in AI contexts
- Experience in a globally distributed or multi-market organization
