Technical Sourcer

Coframe is a primarily in-person company based in San Francisco, well-capitalized with backing from Khosla Ventures, Nat Friedman, the founder of Android, and others. Our team is small and talent-dense, consisting of competitive programmers, former founders (including our founder who previously co-founded a unicorn), and AI researchers from top institutions who have created some of the most popular open-source code generation projects. As a Technical Sourcer, you will partner with our Talent team to build and maintain top-tier talent pipelines. You will deliver targeted research, craft personalized outreach for passive and competitive talent, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the technical landscape, knows how to hold a high talent bar, and knows how to experiment and adapt for different role searches. Responsibilities
- Help build the sourcing systems and referral engine that let Coframe hire exceptional people as we scale.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates at volume through creative channels.
- Partner with technical hiring managers and interviewers to understand hiring needs, team matching, required skills and qualifications, and calibrate the profile as each search evolves.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to understand organizational needs and map out long-term talent acquisition strategies that balance priorities across all technical teams.
- Stay up-to-date on sourcing best practices, emerging sourcing techniques, interview innovations, and workplace trends.
