About the role
The Technical Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical support team and ensuring that all client inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical support team to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive solutions to client problems.
- Train and mentor the technical support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or management roles.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and troubleshooting techniques.

Schedule
