About the role

The Technical Services Coordinator at Mohawk Industries is an entry-level position designed to support customer needs and improve service efficiency. Reporting to the Salesforce, this role involves coordinating with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues and support project execution.

Responsibilities

• Takes calls from customers and Account Executives regarding product specifications, warranties, installation, preparation, regulatory requirements, etc.
• Composes and maintains internal and external correspondence and documents such as Technical Data Sheets.
• Collaborates with various departments like Product Management, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Quality Control to assist the salesforce and customers.
• Serves as a technical resource for the Claims team, providing expertise when needed.
• Interacts daily with both internal and external customers, addressing technical inquiries and developing solutions.
• Handles overflow calls from Consumer Affairs.
• Participates in group activities and collaborates with team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 0-2 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

Qualifications

• Applies conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products.
