Technical Service Representative (Liquid Water ink) Home Base Chicago Area

Job Description

• Perform color matching and complete drawdown requests
• Manage color/standard database
• Communicate with customers on color match and technical requests
• Perform lab functions when working out of the lab
• Perform Technical Service at customer locations
• Control Work-off, press-side technical support, housekeeping and monthly reporting
• Handle inventory management and record-keeping
• Follow all safety requirements
• Dispense inks, perform color matches, support/train ink room staff

Qualifications

• High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
• Pass a color vision test
• Able to travel
• Able to match colors effectively
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written, reading comprehension and basic math skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
