Technical Sales Manager

This highly visible role combines science and commercial strategy, supporting customers while influencing growth in biologics, peptides, and oligonucleotide manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for downstream biologics manufacturing and chromatography applications.
• Advise customers on resin selection, cleaning, storage, regeneration, and process optimization.
• Support purification, process development, and manufacturing discussions.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs to guide product strategy.
• Deliver presentations and technical support throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of downstream biologics manufacturing and chromatography.
• Experience with purification technologies and resin lifecycle management.
• Excellent presentation, analytical, and customer-facing communication skills.
• Familiarity with GMP environments, biologics manufacturing, or related process technologies.
