About the role
We’re seeking a seasoned Manager of Technical Solutions who thrives at the intersection of engineering excellence, customer partnership, and hands‑on problem solving. In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as a trusted technical leader—building strong, collaborative relationships across CSafe’s Engineering, Operations, Sales, and global customer teams while guiding complex cold chain initiatives from concept to commercialization supporting the Americas.
Responsibilities
- Maintain close and productive relationships with CSafe Engineering, Operations and Sales teams to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded.
- Maintain close and productive relationships with customer Engineering, Operations and Quality teams to ensure their needs are met.
- Provide on the ground support when required to ensure customer’s needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with CSafe global sales teams to help drive projects through to commercialization.
- Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with customers and stakeholders as an SME for the industry.
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or business or fields including pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, biology, biochemistry, chemistry, biomedical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of Cold Chain distribution operations.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Cold Chain shipper design, qualification and implementation.
- Experience in highly regulated industry (pharma preferred).
- Customer facing experience essential.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable to lead meetings and give direction to internal and external stakeholders.
- Capable of conveying complex and detailed information to stakeholders with limited expertise.
- Represents business core values when working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to see ‘the bigger picture’.
- Non-confrontational when under pressure.
- Able to work as part of a team and as an individual.
- Self-motivated and quality driven.
- Frequent international / domestic travel, often at short notice.
- Able to work ‘hands-on’ to ensure successful delivery of projects.
