About the role

As a Technical Sales professional, you will own the full sales cycle for Propopia — from first conversation to closed partnership. You will pair a strong commercial instinct with the technical fluency to demo the platform, answer product questions in depth and translate real estate workflows into clear value for prospects.

• Run discovery calls, product demos and technical deep-dives with real estate teams.
• Map prospect workflows and pain points to Propopia's intelligence and automation capabilities.
• Lead evaluations and proofs of concept, coordinating with product and engineering.
• Own the pipeline end to end — qualification, negotiation and close.
• Feed customer signal back into product priorities and messaging.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue by building trusted relationships with brokerages, agents and real estate operators, delivering tailored demos, managing opportunities through the funnel and hitting sales targets while representing the product accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales, solutions engineering or a sales role selling software to non-technical buyers.
• Comfort demoing a data or AI product, strong communication skills, and interest in real estate or applied AI.
• SaaS and CRM experience is a plus.
