Technical Resource Coordinator
About the role
Partner Engineering and Science is seeking a full-time Technical Resource Coordinator to support Project Managers, Staff Assessors, and Partner Associates in assigning technical staff projects, maintaining project tracking systems, and assisting in proposal and report development.
Responsibilities
- Staffing reviews according to clients' scope of work, needs, and location via email, internal messaging system, and telephone
- Determine technical staff's availability based on workload and schedule
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Staff Assessors, and Partner Associates to meet various needs nationwide
- Assign technical staff projects in a cost-effective and efficient manner
- Maintain a project tracking system using Partner technology (Excel, etc)
- Enter data into company database
- Manage regulatory for various states
- Approve and create expense reports
- Refined webinar collateral material and coordinate technical aspects of meetings
- Perform data entry following prescribed or established formats
- Aid in the development of documents for proposals and reports
- Compose and/or draft correspondences and reports
- Handle outgoing and incoming mail and faxes
- Track projects, proposals, and other related items
- Order safety supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to multi-task and prioritize projects based on deadlines and specific requirements
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Able to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of relevant office experience
- Previous experience in coordinating/scheduling company personnel is a plus
- Experience working in an engineering, construction or environmental field is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Communications: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Hearing: Adequate to perform job duties in person or over the phone
- Speaking: Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the phone
- Vision: Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens
- Physical: Frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, squatting and sitting, pushing and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift. Manual dexterity to operate equipment and perform manual responsibilities. Some lifting may be required on occasion, help will be provided if needed.
Pay
Salary range: $23/hr to $26/hr. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
