Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers to gather and document detailed requirements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that the software meets the defined requirements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as requirement specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to enhance the quality of requirements documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in requirements analysis and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile practices.
Skills
- Strong understanding of software development processes.
- Experience with requirements management tools like Rational Rose, Visio, or similar.
- Good knowledge of database design and SQL.
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
