Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers to gather and document detailed requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that the software meets the defined requirements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as requirement specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to enhance the quality of requirements documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in requirements analysis and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile practices.

Skills

• Strong understanding of software development processes.
• Experience with requirements management tools like Rational Rose, Visio, or similar.
• Good knowledge of database design and SQL.
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
