About the Role

Delivers standard system and data analysis and assists with tools and technology implementations for Payment Integrity—clinical editing. Facilitates and coordinates the building, documentation, and review of system and data analysis techniques, methods, tools, processes, and systems. Facilitates and coordinates data collection capabilities through collaboration with internal and external teams. Works closely with cross-departmental peers and internal team members.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze gaps, and document analysis conducted on software programs, applications, infrastructure, systems, and services.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and end users within the pre-defined scope.
  • Collect data and conduct analysis for system enhancements through collaboration with organizational teams.
  • Drive implementation of changes for applications, systems, infrastructure, and services to meet organizational needs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate activities related to evaluating and recommending new tools, platforms, or services to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • 3 years of relevant system/technical analysis experience.

Skills

  • Ability to motivate self and foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile execution.
  • Knowledge of system or analysis methods and evaluation criteria.
  • Knowledge of application development, application/data architecture, infrastructure, systems, and processes.
  • Knowledge of system analysis tools and techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
  • Ability to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers.
  • Effective communication and positive customer service skills, including handling demanding or challenging customers.

Pay

Salary Range: $64,944 – $128,986. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differentials. Compensation decisions depend on factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market considerations. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range.

Schedule

The associate is primarily seated while performing the duties of the position, with occasional walking or standing required. The role involves regular use of hands for writing, typing, and handling small controls or objects, as well as frequent communication. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required.

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
