Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Talent Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts for highly specialized technical roles, including Software Engineers and Research Scientists/Researchers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, including Software Engineers, Research Scientists, Research Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, and related technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs, workforce planning objectives, and technical skill requirements.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct recruiter screenings and assess candidate qualifications, technical backgrounds, and cultural alignment.
  • Manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with interview teams to improve assessment processes and hiring efficiency.
  • Utilize data and recruiting metrics to drive hiring decisions, optimize recruiting processes, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the offer and onboarding process.
  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives throughout the recruiting process.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, talent market conditions, and emerging technical skill sets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or startup environment.
  • Demonstrated success hiring for Software Engineering positions across multiple levels, including senior and leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success hiring Researchers, including Research Scientists, Applied Scientists, AI/ML Researchers, or similar technical research-focused roles.
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting talent across domains such as software development, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, cloud computing, or related technical fields.
  • Strong expertise with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, research communities, and other talent platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality candidate experiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for AI, machine learning, or advanced research organizations.
  • Experience supporting high-growth technology companies.
  • Familiarity with technical interview processes and assessment methodologies.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and talent market trends.
  • Experience building diversity sourcing strategies and talent communities.
