Technical Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

Infosys is looking for an experienced and driven Recruiter to partner closely with business leaders and shape hiring strategies for high-growth, future-ready technologies. Responsibilities
- Partner with business and delivery leaders to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned to current and future demand
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing to offer management and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and evolving skill sets
- Leverage market insights, competitive benchmarking, and hiring trends to guide decision-making
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by identifying talent gaps and proposing proactive solutions
- Use data and analytics to track hiring performance, identify trends, and continuously improve processes
- Ensure compliance with recruitment standards, EEO guidelines, and local labor laws
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to strengthen sourcing outcomes
- Represent Infosys as an employer of choice through professional, engaging candidate interactions and branding initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of relevant recruitment experience with Bachelor's degree or at least 1 year of relevant recruitment experience with a master’s degree.
- Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes
- Good understanding of technology hiring across industries
- Knowledge of evolving technologies: digital, infrastructure, application development, etc.
- Proficiency in using MS Office with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and tracking
Preferred Skills and Experiences
- Hands-on, end-to-end recruitment experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a global environment
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and hiring for emerging and niche skill sets, including AI, GenAI, data, and advanced digital roles
- Experience recruiting for AI-driven technologies such as machine learning, data science, cloud-based AI platforms, automation, and analytics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and hiring data
- Knowledge of EEO guidelines and compliant hiring practices
Schedule
- Work location: Somerset, NJ. This is an in-person role and must be located within commuting distance of the work location or willing to relocate.
- Travel up to 20% may be required.
- This role involves extended periods of computer work and communication via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Pay
Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in Somerset, NJ: $55,000 to $77,000.
