Responsibilities
- Develop creative staffing plans to generate a qualified pool of applicants for current and future openings
- Create and utilize job-based situational and behavioral interview questions for various roles
- Conduct interviews for a wide range of positions in energy, engineering, manufacturing, and light industrial sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Business Account Managers to ensure successful placements
- Research industry trends and requirements to identify suitable candidates
- Update and maintain candidate database, tracking candidate status, job listings, and client interactions
- Stay informed of federal and state employment law changes affecting hiring practices
- Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance sourcing, screening, and candidate qualification processes
- Strong knowledge of the recruiting and staffing industry
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Recruiter in a staffing agency, preferably within energy, engineering, manufacturing, or light industrial
- Proficiency with candidate sourcing platforms such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
- Computer literate, especially in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Bullhorn
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates
Qualifications
