RequirementsExperience in recruiting, talent sourcing, sales development, appointment setting, high-volume outbound calling, market research participant recruitment, academic or professional outreach, or call center or inside sales.Clear verbal communication and relationship-building skills; able to handle objections professionally and speak comfortably with specialized professionals across industries.Strong organizational skills to track calls, outcomes, follow-ups, and candidate pipelines.Experience in technical recruiting, academic outreach, expert-network recruiting, or research participant sourcing is especially valuable.
