Job Duties

• Identify prospective candidates - via job board search tools
• Interview prospective candidates
• Post jobs on job boards
• Prep candidates for interviews with client companies
• Contact candidates post-interview
• Extend job offers
• Reward candidates who are on assignment, continue to build the relationship
• Cold calling to identify prospective candidates

What You'll Need to Know

• 2+ years experience as a Technical Recruiter for a staffing agency
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting targets and KPIs
• Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and hiring processes
• Experience utilizing an ATS, CRM, LinkedIn
