This role recruits’ candidates for skilled industrial (CNC Machinists, Industrial Painters, Welders, Assembly Techs, Engineers, etc.) project-based work that requires travel across the country. FlexTrades will provide extensive industry training and experience. This position requires highly effective direct, recent recruiting experience in a high-volume/fast paced environment. Experience in skilled manufacturing trades is a plus, but not a requirement. We are looking for candidates with top notch enthusiasm coupled with the desire for activity and output driven metrics-based recruiting. If you'd like to watch a brief description of this role in living color, you can watch here: https://youtu.be/R2NGBi2aRbk Duties & Responsibilities:Create enthusiasm for FlexTrades’ unique and lucrative traveling manufacturing trades positions, including CNC Machinists, Engineers, Welders, Maintenance Technicians, Assemblers/Builders, etc.Interview, screen, and submit qualified candidates for skilled manufacturing job openings at client company locations throughout the nationConduct 300+ weekly outbound recruiting calls, texts, and emails to build a strong pipeline of candidates with a diverse set of skillsMeet or exceed 10 hours of recruiting phone time a weekDetermine candidate requirements by studying job descriptions, job qualifications and technical notes (provided)Utilize recruiting software to manage candidate and employee information to efficiently fill recruiting ordersUtilize various job boards and the internet to source and recruit candidates for placement at various client companiesWork with skilled industrial candidates and employees to answer questions they may have regarding job opportunities through FlexTradesAssign and evaluate character and skills assessments via skill reviews, character reviews, and/or reference checksMaintain relationships with employees by providing courteous phone customer service and reporting issues to management in a timely manner as appropriateMeet or preferably exceed weekly activity and output metricsPerform basic administrative duties associated with recruiting and deploymentAct as a FlexTrades Core Values champion, by Moving the Line, Being the Next, Elevating Others, Pulling the Wagon, Enjoying the Journey, and Giving Back.All other duties as assigned. Requirements:A minimum of 5 years of highly effective, demonstrated, direct, and recent recruiting experience in a high-volume/fast paced environmentExperience in agency recruiting within a travel-based or project-based workforce model requiredExperience working in an 100% remote environment requiredExperience meeting high standards of weekly metrics and/or key performance indicatorsExperience using Application Tracking Systems (ATS), MS Word, Outlook, & Microsoft TeamsStrong desire and willingness to learn new skillsAbility to maintain strong organizational skills in fast paced environmentPositive and productive attitudeStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent phone mannerExceptional customer service skillsStrong multitasking skillsAvailable to work occasional nights and weekends during large scale worker deployments or significant order backlogs. Preferred Skills & Experience:Experience with Bullhorn One ATS is highly preferred.
