Technical Recruiter, North America Internship Team

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to support Tesla’s Internship hiring efforts. Areas you may be responsible for include teams in Vehicle Software, IT/Infrastructure and Sales, Service, and Delivery. Client management will exist at the manager and senior manager level. There will be opportunities to contribute to the development of our campus brand and how we share our story. You will partner with the leadership to identify how we leverage and obtain resources for a next-level program.

Responsibilities

• Manage a substantial volume of requisitions while maintaining a high bar for client and candidate experience
• Deeply understand the requirements of the business and create sustainable talent pipelines to match hiring needs
• Partner with full-time recruiters to ensure a cohesive conversion process for high-performing interns
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear and consistent communication
• Create excellent onboarding and interview experiences for new candidates
• Ideate and execute campus recruiting strategies across North America

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience (engineering, software, hardware)
• Previous experience hiring for internship or early-career engineering talent is preferred
• History of managing high-volume pipelines without compromising quality
• Bias for action and ability to multi-task utilizing strong organizational skills
• Experience sourcing and interviewing candidates through multiple channels
• Ability to travel across North America and, if needed, to international campus events and locations
