Technical Recruiter

About the role

This position requires the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a geographically dispersed team
• Handle high volume recruiting
• Partner with managers to establish staffing plans in anticipation of new business
• Learn and adapt new recruiting ideas, processes, and techniques
• Manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, and be adaptable/flexible
• Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
• Quickly assimilate technical information and build solutions to the optimal balance of meeting business needs, beating competitors, and operating within financial resource constraints
• Function and recruit on a national, multi-location level
• Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities within an applicant tracking system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 4 years directly related experience, or additional experience in lieu of degree

Skills

• Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases
• Solid recruiting experience targeting core Engineering areas: Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems, or Computer Science
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad and deep range of positions
• Experienced in all full life-cycle recruiting components including: sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates, legal/compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, interview scheduling, and closing candidates
