Who We’re Looking For

A focused, competitive, and hardworking individual who excels in creating opportunities and building relationships. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing senior consultants and contractors to meet client needs across diverse industries.

What You’ll Do

  • Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling
  • Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
  • Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence
  • Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent
  • Collaborate closely with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently
  • Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3+ years of sales or recruiting experience required
  • Ability to stay focused on tasks while sitting at a desk for long periods of time
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant shifting demands
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively over the phone
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Openness to coaching and willingness to follow directions from supervisors and higher-ups
