Technical Recruiter IV
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across multiple departments.
- Source and engage candidates through inbound and outbound channels, collaborating with the Talent Attraction team to manage pipelines.
- Proactively identify, pipeline, and qualify talent based on job requirements and business priorities.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to fill current openings and build a future-ready candidate pipeline.
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent efficiently.
- Collaborate with sourcing partners, recruiting coordinators, and peer advisors to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Build trusted relationships with candidates and senior stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to sharpen hiring decisions.
- Utilize AI recruiting tools, ATS platforms (Workday experience preferred), and related technologies to streamline the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technology or professional services roles within a large organization.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
- Strong track record of meeting hiring goals in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Consultative approach with a focus on data-informed decision-making and market intelligence.
- Proficiency with AI recruiting tools, ATS platforms (Workday experience preferred), and related technologies.
- Experience supporting hiring for managerial to VP-level roles is highly desirable.
- Background in agency recruiting and high-volume hiring is a plus.
