Technical Recruiter (Contract)

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Technical Recruiter (contract) to join their team. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.

About the role

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle searches for Senior & Staff+ engineering roles
• Build strong talent pipelines with proactive outreach
• Guide candidates through a transparent hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates
• Strengthen the company’s engineering talent brand

Requirements

• 5+ years recruiting in fast-paced tech environments
• 3+ years hiring Senior & Staff+ engineering talent
• Experience building pipelines for specialized engineering roles
• Full-cycle recruitment ownership from sourcing to closing
• Strong relationship-building skills with engineering leaders
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities
• High attention to detail in recruitment processes

Pay

$156,000 – $176,800 annually
