The role You would be the founding member of our recruiting team, helping to build the organization from the ground up, and fulfilling a key function that will enable Zenos to grow. As a Technical Recruiter at Zenos, you will own our primary recruiting funnel end-to-end: Source candidates of unusually high caliber, with specific skillsets and proven track recordsOwn hiring outcomes, continually improving results through the use of metrics and improved processesBuild hiring pipelines and talent pools that align with our long-term company strategyPartner with our Engineering team to build a world class team designed to tackle innovative challenges Qualifications 4+ years of professional experience in top-tier tech companies, especially at an early stageA technical background, allowing for detailed communication with our target candidates(bonus) Experience functioning as a player-coach, building out a recruiting organization while also owning individual work streams This role will be in-office in San Mateo, CA.
