Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership, clear and proactive communication, and consistent candidate advocacy.
- Source and engage talent across technical disciplines with a primary emphasis on space vehicle hardware roles, including but not limited to mechanical, propulsion, electrical, and systems engineering.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance, following defined processes and escalating candidate concerns as appropriate.
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive talent to support near-term and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date ATS data and support process excellence by meeting established SLAs without compromising quality.
- Provide timely and accurate hiring progress updates to hiring teams and team leads.
- Partner with cross-functional teammates in Finance, Security, and People.
- Represent True Anomaly professionally at career fairs, recruiting events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience, with meaningful exposure to full-cycle or high-volume technical hiring.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and screening hardware engineering talent across job families such as mechanical, propulsion, electrical, and systems engineering.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles concurrently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently on defined tasks while proactively communicating priorities, blockers, and status updates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to represent ideas clearly in both candidate-facing and internal contexts.
- Organized and dependable, with a bias for action in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Receptive to feedback and coaching; brings solution ideas when identifying gaps or process challenges.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills And Experience
- Experience recruiting aerospace-specific hardware talent, such as mechanical, propulsion, electrical, or systems engineering for spacecrafts, rockets, interceptors, space stations, or related space systems.
- Background in a high-growth technology startup, or aerospace, defense, or national security environment.
- Familiarity hiring DoD-cleared talent (Secret or Top Secret).
- Prior experience with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or ClearanceJobs.
