About the role
The Phoenix Group Advisors is a boutique staffing firm headquartered in Midtown Manhattan, specializing in Technology, Accounting & Finance, Legal, Administrative, and Human Resources staffing on both Direct Hire and Consulting engagements. We serve clients in Financial Services, Hedge Funds, Law Firms, Tech Start‑Ups, and Managed Service Providers, recruiting for roles such as Cloud Engineers, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, IT Support Specialists, IT Managers, and Systems Engineers. Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical positions
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Coordinate interviews and manage offers through acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to deliver top talent
- Utilize Bullhorn ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI‑powered recruiting tools, and modern sourcing platforms
- Contribute to the continued growth of our Technology division
Requirements
- 2+ years of recent staffing agency or internal recruiting experience
- Proven success recruiting technical professionals
Skills
- Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bullhorn experience is a plus

Pay
Competitive salary plus uncapped commission
Schedule
Hybrid position based in Midtown Manhattan; in‑office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; remote Monday and Friday; Summer Fridays with early office closure. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Midtown Manhattan three days per week.
