About the role
This is a permanent, onsite position based in Milwaukee, WI, working with a close-knit recruiting team. The role offers extensive training, accelerated career development, and a competitive environment focused on collaboration and performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing regional marketing programs to meet demand generation goals, including field events, webinars, executive programs, and trade shows.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events, including venue selection, vendor management, AV, shipping, and branded swag.
- Measure and analyze the impact of programs on sales cycles; track and analyze campaign and event performance metrics (e.g., MQLs, pipeline influenced, ROI).
- Align closely with Sales and SDRs to promote attendance, generate leads, and drive follow-up activities post-event.
- Understand key technology trends to coordinate presentation content with stakeholders and collaborate across departments to generate event content and agendas.
- Monitor, report, and communicate the status of regional marketing events to the marketing and sales teams, including leadership.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to new content creation with a distributed marketing team.
- Develop creative, scalable programs for a broad user base.
- Identify, recruit, and place top technology talent across a variety of skill sets and industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants throughout their careers.
- Develop strategic sourcing plans using advanced recruiting tools, AI-powered technologies, referrals, and networking.
- Advise hiring leaders and account teams on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategies.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage the offer process.
- Become a recognized expert within your technology or industry specialization.
- Leverage market intelligence and recruiting analytics to drive successful hiring outcomes.
Requirements

- Recruiting experience within staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce solutions.
- Proven ability to build relationships, develop talent pipelines, and influence hiring decisions.

- Experience recruiting within technology, professional services, engineering, healthcare, or other specialized staffing environments (highly preferred).

Pay
The pay range for this position is $21.00/hour. Individual compensation within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity.
Schedule
This role is onsite 5 days a week in Milwaukee, WI.
