About the role

Executing and managing the full life-cycle recruitment process to attract and source high-quality leadership, executive-level candidates, and technical roles. This includes positions in:

• Software/Web/Database Development (e.g., AEM, Sitecore, Java, SQL, Hadoop)
• DevOps (e.g., hosting engineers, consulting architects, site reliability engineers)
• Frontend Development
• Quality Assurance
• Business Analysis
• Software Engineering and Architecture
• Information Security
• Infrastructure (storage, networking, database, etc.)
• Data
• UI/UX

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage database information, potentially utilizing several ATS and/or CRM applications
• Interact with and assist the team using Slack, Microsoft Teams to write or publish job ads for open positions on authorized job boards and other advertising channels
• Create Business Intelligence reports to help management track KPIs, highlight performance shortfalls, challenges, and quantify opportunities for critical decision-making
• Utilize data analytics and knowledge of complex recruitment issues (e.g., data gathered during sourcing, labor market supply/demand, workforce trends, competitive intelligence) to influence and advise on talent acquisition
• Perform feasibility studies and evaluate user requirements
• Travel to unanticipated client locations within the United States to set up various systems for short-term and long-term durations
