About the role
As a Technical Recruiter, you'll play a key role in building Pulley's team and business. You'll manage end-to-end recruiting with a focus on scaling our San Francisco office. As an early recruiting team hire, you'll have the opportunity to shape our talent acquisition strategy and processes.
Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruiting for technical roles—source, screen, and close candidates
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers on strategy and execution
- Create an exceptional candidate experience
- Collaborate to improve recruiting operations
