About The Role
Own full-cycle searches across Engineering and Product, from intake through close, with direct visibility into company growth.
Drive hiring strategy by advising managers on role definition, market realities, and funnel expectations— not just executing searches.
Build top-of-funnel pipelines through creative sourcing, referrals, and outbound strategies.
Use data to diagnose search health, identify bottlenecks, and refine process to accelerate outcomes.
Deliver a structured, inclusive candidate experience that raises the hiring bar at every stage.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, tech-enabled environments, with 2+ years focused on technical roles
- Operates as a business partner—uses market data and insights to guide hiring managers toward faster, better decisions
- Breaks complex searches into clear plans and manages multiple searches with structure and predictable execution
- Communicates with presence and clarity, whether aligning with stakeholders or guiding candidates through the process
