Technical Recruiter

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent through various channels
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of candidates
• Prepare and deliver compelling job descriptions and candidate pitches
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates
• Interview candidates using structured and unstructured methods
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture
• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer
• Utilize AI tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant recruiting experience
• Strong understanding of ATS systems and applicant tracking processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with AI tools and technologies is a plus
