About the role

As a Technical Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for open positions. You will work closely with the hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will manage the entire recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent who align with our company culture and values.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs
  • Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing through onboarding
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure alignment between the company's needs and candidate profiles
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards in the recruitment process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruiting or related field
  • Strong understanding of ATS systems and ability to use them effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with AI tools and technology in recruitment is a plus

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidate data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Passionate about building and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ATS systems
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruiting
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
