About the role
Our client is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and engaging top talent in the engineering field, with a focus on remote candidates.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels
- Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews
- Preparing and presenting job descriptions to attract qualified candidates
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Building and maintaining relationships with industry contacts and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a technical or engineering environment
- Strong understanding of ATS systems and applicant tracking processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with LinkedIn and other professional networking sites
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruiting
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
