Filevine is seeking a Technical Recruiter to partner with and scale our R&D organization across Software Engineering, Reliability/SRE, QA, and Product Management. In this role, you will play a key part in accelerating our product roadmap by sourcing, engaging, and hiring talented technical professionals. We are looking for someone who understands technical nuance, takes ownership of the hiring process, communicates effectively with engineering managers, and brings a proactive, candidate-focused approach to technical talent acquisition. Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the recruiting lifecycle for technical roles across Engineering and Product—from kick-off intake meetings to offer acceptance.
- Proactive Sourcing: Build qualified, diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and creative sourcing strategies to engage talent for hard-to-fill technical roles.
