Technical Recruiter

About the role

This position requires the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status is required.

The successful candidate will perform full life cycle recruiting by building excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the entire client community. You will exercise creativity in generating new candidate leads, influence recruiting vision, and increase business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates, and relationship management.
• Recruit for a broad and deep range of positions across multiple locations, with a focus on national and multi-location recruitment.
• Partner with hiring teams to build effective recruiting strategies, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches while managing customer and partner expectations.
• Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities in an applicant tracking system.
• Comply with various processes and procedures, including those related to recruitment, talent acquisition, and Department of Defense (DOD) regulations.
• Recruit contract administrators for DOD or similar organizations, understanding the unique requirements and regulations associated with these roles.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Full-life cycle recruiting expertise with a proven track record.
• Experience recruiting for Department of Defense (DOD) contract administrators or similar organizations.
• Strong understanding of DOD regulations and compliance requirements.
