What You Bring
- 1–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience hiring for technical roles
- A track record of building strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, relationship building, and thoughtful outreach
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to successfully fill open roles and deliver a positive hiring experience
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high bar for execution
- A builder mentality and growth mindset
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity, and are eager to continuously improve how recruiting gets done
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and internal partners
