Technical Recruiter | $60/hr - Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct structured interviews with shortlisted experts to assess technical depth and communication skills.
• Confirm each expert's availability, work authorization, and exclusivity, identifying any red flags.
• Tier candidates as advance, hold, or pass and write concise summaries for the program team.
• Cook up interview scheduling within weekday business hours.

Requirements

• Have strong relevant experience in recruiting, interviewing, or technical vetting.
• Demonstrate strong communication and structured judgment skills.
• Availability during weekday business hours.
• Able to commit reliably to about 10 hours per week, fully remote.
